Processing & Shipping
All merchandise is special ordered personally for our customers. The processing and handling time varies between 10 to 14 days (time could be shorter if the item is in stock). Items are shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day mail. You will be notified twice during the ordering process; .once at the submission of your order in the form of a receipt/confirmation; the second notification (via email) is when the item is shipped, to let you know your package is on its way and provide a tracking # so you can follow the course of your design.
If you need your gift expeditiously, please let us know prior to checkout, so that your invoice can be readjusted to reflect the difference in the expedited cost.
